Thompson Seedless (sultana)
Australia’s most popular white variety has a medium to large sized oblong or elongated shaped berry, is yellow-green in color, with a soft berry skin, firm juicy pulp, a sweet flavor and is seedless. Bunches are large, conical and usually well filled. Vines are vigorous.
Available from Late January to May.
Menindee Seedless
Considered one of the best eating grapes with a large, oval shaped berry, a light green color with a crisp and fresh, sweet tasting firm flesh and no seeds.
Available from mid-January to mid-February.
Crimson Seedless (red)
Berries are large, cylindrical to oval shaped, light pinkish-red and seedless. A thick, tough skin holds crisp, firm flesh of a sweet, juicy, neutral flavor. Crimson Seedless are a refreshing tasting table grape. Bunches are medium in size, conical with a shoulder, and well filled to slightly compact. Vines are very vigorous.

Flame Seedless (red)
A medium to large, round, bright red seedless grape with a crisp skin, firm texture and beautifully sweet distinctive flavor. Bunches are medium to large, conical and well filled. The vines are vigorous.
Available from early January to late February.
Red Globe (red)
Very large round berries are pinkish-red and contain a seed. They have a crisp skin, fleshy pulp, and a very sweet taste. Bunches are large, conical and well filled. Vines have low vigor.
Available from late February to late May.
Autumn Royal
A medium to large, crisp seedless grape. The skin ranges from purple to black whilst the flesh is a translucent yellow-green color.
Available mid March to mid April.

The Cara Cara is a medium to large sized orange with a deep, rosy red flesh color and glossy, textured rind. It is a beautifully sweet orange, extremely juicy, easy to peel and low in acidity. Its flesh is seedless.
